It does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t really complain about the performance. That said, it feels a bit overpriced for what it is, which seems like a preventable issue. Overall, it’s okay, just not as cheap as I expected.

At first I was actually happy with this shower filter, it seemed to work okay and I thought it might be worth the price. But after a couple of months it started leaking, which was really frustrating. I kept thinking maybe it was just a small issue, but it didn’t really improve. It’s not the worst product I’ve bought, and I did like it in the beginning, but I expected it to hold up a lot longer

I received the wrong item in my order, which was disappointing. I was really expecting what I actually paid for, i’d at least appreciate an apology along with getting this fixed.

The shower itself has been totally fine, no real complaints there. The only annoying part is trying to get replacement filters. Sometimes they’re available, and other times I have to keep checking back and waiting. I’m not sure if they’re just not stocking enough or if there’s some supply issue going on, but it feels a bit hit or miss. Not a huge deal, but definitely frustrating when you actually need one. It’d be much better if they kept them in stock more consistently.

Well... the chlorine smell is definitely reduced, but I still notice it from time to time. It’s an improvement, just not perfect...

I bought this thinking it would be a nice little upgrade, or at least that it would work better than what I had before, but the water pressure has been bad pretty much from the very first use. The shower just feels really weak now, like there’s barely enough force coming out to rinse properly, and washing shampoo out of my hair takes way longer than it should. I went back and checked the fittings, made sure everything was tightened and connected right, and tried to see if there was anything obvious causing the issue, but nothing really made a difference. I wanted to like it, but it didn’t perform the way I expected at all, so overall I’m disappointed with it.

Not gonna lie, I bought this from pureshowers.co.uk and the shower arrived fine with no issues there. Everything looked good out of the box, so that part was all straightforward.

Fitting it was sort of manageable, but it wasn’t quite as simple as I thought it would be. The instructions could’ve been clearer in a few places, and I ended up checking a couple of things online just to make sure I was doing it right.

I ordered a shower filter and it arrived sooner than I thought it would.. packaging was totally fine too. Only reason I’m not giving full marks is the tracking was a bit slow to update, but the delivery itself was all good no hassle

I bought this hoping it would help with our hard water, but to be honest, I didn’t see much change. The shower head still built up limescale quickly, and my skin felt about the same as before. For the price, I expected at least some noticeable improvement. I’m not expecting miracles, but if a filter is meant to help with hard water, you’d think there would be a clear difference.

I grabbed this kind of on a whim, and after a few weeks I’m like, wait… my hair does feel softer. My skin also isn’t as dry as it usually gets, so that was a nice surprise.

I had a good feeling about this one and trusted my instinct, and I’m glad I did. It feels really solid and well made, and the water definitely seems nicer since installing it. No complaints so far, really happy with the purchase

I tried to return a faulty shower head and felt like I was just being brushed off the whole time. I got passed from one person to another for weeks, and every email seemed to ask me for the same details again like nobody was actually reading what I’d already sent. The warranty didn’t help at all, and somehow I’m still the one out of pocket with no proper answer. Really frustrating, and I wouldn’t use them again.
